Challenge ::
D'Amico & Son's Amici Club program needed to be revived and its members reconnected to the club to gain repeat business and attract new customers that would ultimately dine at the restaurants on a regular basis.

Results ::
The Amici Club's distinctive branding reflected the D'Amico & Son's Italian heritage. Special offers through eblasts and social media led to a dramatic increase in new members through the website and in-restaurant enrollments. Members had a place to connect with each other on Facebook/Twitter which encouraged them to share their thoughts and feelings about their restaurants.

Deliverables ::
Club identity and brand development, webpage design, eblast campaign, in-restaurant signage and membership sign-up materials, and social media program (facebook and twitter).
